Lisa’s Bon Appetit specializes in full service catering for your more formal affairs. We provide an excellent staff to assist with cocktail parties, weddings, corporate functions, and any other event at your request. Our professional servers will attend to your party so you can enjoy the pleasure of your guests without fuss or worry. The following list acquaints you with more full service information.


Head Server:
A head server is always required even if it is the only person needed. The cost of a head server is $28.00 per hour with a minimum of 4 hours. The head server’s time begins as soon as they arrive at Lisa’s Bon Appetit to pick up all that is needed for the event.

Co-Server:
Co-server(s) are provided depending on the number of guests for the event. The cost per co-server is $24.00 per hour with a minimum of 4 hours. Their time starts when they arrive at the event only if a head server is hired.

Bartender:
A bartender can be provided for a full bar or just for wine, beer and soft drinks. The cost of a bartender is $26.00 per hour with a minimum of four hours and can be hired without a head server. Their time starts when they arrive at the event.

Clean-up:
A clean up staff is required for the very formal events that include china. The cost of a clean up is $18.00 per hour with a minimum of 4 hours. Their time starts when they arrive at the event.

Staff only:
One of our head servers, bartenders or clean up staff can be hired separately to assist with the success of your party. The cost of a staff only person is $30.00 per hour with a minimum of 4 hours.



Service Charge:
An 18% service change is added to the food total for all full service events in order to coordinate and organize the event including incidentals. The service charge is not a gratuity.

Overtime and gratuity:
Overtime is any portion of an hour of time over the 4 hour minimum and paid at their respective rates. Overtime is paid directly to the staff at the end of the event unless specified by the client. Gratuity is not calculated into the event total unless specified by the client.
