Dining Area:
Our room will comfortably accommodate as few as 30 to 50 seated in the back room and up to 100 seated when the room is open to its full capacity. The whole room can accommodate up to 150 for Cocktail Reception. The Room rental is $150 for the enclosed room and $250 for the open room and $300.00 for the entire room. If you wish to rent the room during business hours M-F 9:00-5:30p or Saturday & Sunday 9:00-3:00, the fee is $600.00.

Amenities:
We have 14 54” round tables, 54” square tables, natural wood-soft cushion chairs, and ivory scalloped china to include (bread plate, salad/dessert plate, coffee saucer, coffee cup, and dinner plate). Silver flatware is also included. We have sirius satelite for background music, but feel free to bring a DJ for additional musical needs. All Table Linens, glassware and a portable bar will need to be rented.


Menu:

The following menus are made especially for catering done on the premises and not for off premise catering. We are happy to work with you on any special requests you may have. Menus need to be decided on no later than 2 weeks prior to the event date. Final guest count is required 1 week prior to event date.

Beverages:
The customer must provide for All Alcoholic beverages and a Bartender will need to be hired to serve at a rate of $26.00 an hour with a 4 hour minimum. All other beverages must be purchased through Lisa’s Bon Appetit.

Cakes and Cake Cutting Fee:
Should you decide to provide your own cake we will be happy to plate and serve it for $1.50 per person.


Deposits:

A deposit of $300.00 is required to reserve the full room. A deposit of $150.00 is required to reserve the enclosed room only. In the event your function is cancelled less than 2 weeks prior to the event, 50% of the deposit will be refunded. If the function is cancelled less than 1 week prior to the event, the deposit will not be refunded.

Charges:
All food and beverages is subject to an 18% service charge and all food, beverage, service charges and banquet rentals are subject to an 8.25% California Sales Tax. Please note that the number of guests guaranteed is the number billed for, even if some of your guests may not show.

Payment:
We accept cash, personal and company checks, Cash, American Express, Visa, MasterCard or Discover for deposits. Final Payment made the day of the event can be paid for by Cash, American Express, Visa, MasterCard or Discover. Final Payments made by Checks must be made out 5 days prior to the event.

Guarantee:
We guarantee the room in good condition and set up in the manner arranged for, the menu agreed upon made with the freshest ingredients available, and service provided for by friendly and helpful staff.
